We are a next-generation, dedicated seed fund based in Los Angeles committed to providing founder-first capital for innovative entrepreneurs who want to change the world. Founded by our Managing Partner Adam B. Struck, we have been investing in innovation since 2014, and have backed some of the most dynamic and recognizable companies in the market today. We are currently deploying capital out of our $70M second fund, building an ever-growing portfolio with leaders ready to redefine their industries.

We know what success looks like at the Seed stage, and have built a robust track record as hands-on coaches ready and able to take our founders to Series A and beyond. We operate like our founders do: as an agile, lean team infusing core technology innovation to help our firm grow, scale, and lead.
